Dear Ian -

All too often some people are fast to fly to their keyboards... pound
the numbers on their phones... or simply stop doing business with an
organization when they feel the service or product they received is
substandard. Instead of contacting the supplier about the service -
or lack thereof - received in an effort to rectify a regrettable
situation, a certain slice of the population only contacts a supplier
with bad news... if at all. And Ian, we at Absolutely Charleston do not
want to be that kind of customer.

I write this afternoon to thank you and The Golf Department for the
great job done for us and that of our customers, Ian. It is always a
pleasant experience to work with you and the fine courses you
represent... we appreciate the incredibly fast turnaround time on
requests and changes... we value your expertise in matching the correct
group with the correct course... and we thank you for your speedy and accurate billing.

The Golf Department is a valuable tool for a destination management
company such as Absolutely Charleston, Ian: with one call - just one
- TGD can literally handle all aspects of a golf event, including the
food and beverage. It's a huge time-saver for us, and, we know that
once TGD is involved, we can concentrate our efforts on other aspects
of our customers' needs.
